What You'll Do

You'll own new business development across radio, digital, and corporate sponsorships — pitching, closing, and building lasting client relationships that drive real revenue. You'll develop custom proposals, present to decision-makers, and partner with our programming and leadership teams to bring creative marketing solutions to life.

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years in media, agency, or corporate sales — and you have the results to show for it
• A natural relationship builder who follows through and follows up
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
• Sharp on PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Based in or near Philadelphia, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
